Angelo started his real estate career while attending Old Dominion University back in 1978. He got licensed at the age of 19 and worked with a small local brokerage. He was also doing remodeling jobs, driveways and home renovations at the time to help pay for college. He graduated from ODU with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
He later obtained his Class A contractor’s license and branched out developing small tracks of land, installing the infrastructure and then building homes for first time home buyers. This took off and brought the kind of work and excitement he was looking for. The idea of helping someone get into a home at a very affordable price was truly rewarding. “I still have good relationships with many of these first time home buyers. We have actually grown together”
In 1990, Angelo began a working relationship with an established Norfolk Development firm, which led to him building over 100 new homes for first time buyers in the city. “The look on someone’s face when they open the door to their first home is amazing. I will never forget their excitement in their eyes. I remember one lady saying, I have my first home! She was 60 years old”
After building and assisting families find their way to their new homes for many years, Angelo, his wife Helen and their 3 boys discovered the Eastern Shore. They fell in love with everything about it. Angelo has developed, built and sold over 118 buildings, lots and various homes around the Shore over the past 15 years. He now works exclusively on the shore - building, listing and showing the Shore to a new generation of people who have discovered the beauty the Eastern Shore has to offer. The people are what matters and make this business so exciting and rewarding. Max began his career in real estate in 2008 after developing considerable skills working with unimproved land and doing general property research. After a few years in the business, Max moved into our customer relations department to deploy his unique business style of customer relations management. In 2011 he received the prestigious GRR designation from the National Association after some very intensive studies in GRRR. In fact, he does a lot of GRRING here in the office, and is always ready to let a customer really pick a bone with him. He was promoted to Vice President in 2012 for really knowing how to get close to our customers, and in 2014 was promoted to Chief Companion Officer for his amazing professionalism in the field.

| Bill started his full time real estate career in real estate in 1983 with a prestigious firm in Accomac, and became a broker in 1987, founding Parr properties in 1989. His passion for working with big farms and estates has resulted in some of the largest land sales in the region, as well as a significant number of which became important conservation holdings. These include adding over 800 acres to the National Wildlife Refuge System, and the original land sale for the establishment of Kiptopeke Beach State Park in 1992. Bill's expertise in land use and development serves both the development and the conservation communities equally. "I've sold remote natural area islands over a thousand acres in size, which is about the most challenging environment a realtor can encounter – using everything from helicopters to airboats to conclude complex waterfront land transactions"

He has been active in public debate over local land use regulation as well as state and national laws. In 2011 He served as the chairman of the Northampton County Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee to formulate important Economic Development plans, and in 2013 Served as the Chairman of the Governors subcommittee on Entrepreneurship and Innovation for the Virginia Rural Jobs Council, and is the 2013 chairman of the Joint Industrial Development Authority of Northampton County and all of its Incorporated towns.
Bill is a "Seasider", who lives in the village of Seaview on Mockhorn Bay overlooking the barrier islands - and has a passion for boating and exploring the numerous waterways of the Eastern Shore.
